My approach to therapy is from the mind-body-spirit perspective. I work with you holistically focusing on diet and lifestyle factors such as sleep and exercise, in addition to mental and emotional components.

From a psychodynamic, client centered orientation my goal is to guide you to your own innate wisdom and capacity to heal.

My work is informed by my training in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and 6 years as an owner of a fitness facility. I also use techniques from DBT, Compassionate Inquiry and Human Design and breathwork, if desired.
